Hello everyone,
You have probably been asked this question before. Has anyone tried bodyflex? If so, how would you compare this technique to O!? Thanks |

Several years ago I tried bodyflex. I don't remember that much about the tecnique, it's a bit more complicated and some find it more difficult, maybe someone else here can give you more info about that. I remember that I didn't find it too difficult. I was given 8 weeks to try it and get my money back if I didn't have results. After 8 very faithful weeks of doing it I had not lost any weight and not an inch anywhere. I was so disappointed! I did notice a lot more energy and strength. But I wanted to look better, and I didn't. I think many other people have had good results, but not me. So I got my money back.

I just got oxycise. I have tried the breath alone, but haven't done the workout. The breath is alot harder to learn and get used too. The body flex and Lifelift are much slower paced. But look into it for variety!

HI,
I FIND BF TO BE A BIT SIMPLER. BUT THAT IS JUST ME. THE BASIC BREATH IS A EXHALE, DEEP INHALE, PAHHHH (DEEP BELLY EXHALE), PURSE YOUR LIPS AND HOLD YOUR BREATH 8 COUNTS. LIFELIFT IS THE SAME, BUT SLOWER THAN BF. I LOVE ALL OF THEM. BUT SOME PEOPLE SAY YOU CAN ONLY BF 1 TIME A DAY. I NEED MORE THAN THAT. CURRENTLY I DO BF IN THE AM AND OXYCISE IN THE PM. |
