Hi everyone,
I just downloaded the diet"Weight Loss For Idiots". I read some reviews that said it was great. However, it sounds a bit hard to me. Has anyone tried it?

Jeans and I did it before for a while, also I gave it to another friend to do for a while. I was fine on it the first week but my problem is I just can't seem to stick it out for the full time period. You do get a lot to eat but I have too hard of a time over the weekend to stick to something so restrictive. Good luck to you on it!
