I have to say, I just ordered this program a few weeks ago, but I am quite skeptical. I treally sounds too good to be true. Is it really just 15 minutes a day? I find it hard to belive, but it looks like there are a lot of success stories. I just feel like I have tried EVERYTHING, and nothing works. I hope I'm wrong with Oxycise!!!
WELCOME TO MY WORLD !!! If there is a diet or plan, shake, pill,dr.,"WHATEVER" I have tried it!! and as DR.PHIL would say"HOW'S THAT WORKING FOR YOU?" It isn't,hasn't,and now come to find out IT WON'T EVER...I am going to give this the chance of my life...we can do this for 6mo's and it still will not cost more then a 1mo.supply of any pill or plan.and whats GREAT..we don't have to take those nasty pills, and once we get healty,no more drugs from the doctors..I'm willing to give it a "REAL" shot, how bout you? At this point, like Jill said, all we have to lose is "WEIGHT"..keep in touch with your results,I measured tonight( not a pretty sight)GOOD LUCK ..grammynmwc
This program works, believe me! I'm living proof and many others I've met have had great results as well! I've had the pleasure of meeting Jill Johnson a couple of times and many of the people in the early pages of the Smiles of Success having been involved in the second infomercial for Oxycise! All of them will tell you the same thing--it absolutely works!
As I always say, just do Oxcyise! with consistency (six times a week, if possible) and lots of gusto! It also helps to check in with the D2L O!Pals board for extra support, encouragement, and friendship!
Good luck to you Sharona! You can do it! You too, grammynmwc! You're both well on your way!
I just started too (3rd day of Oxycise) and I sure hope it works after literally trying everything else. But it makes sense and there have been other hints at deep breathing to lose weight--yoga helps people lose weight (how they get in those positions is beyond me), BottomLine publications stated that it could help (in one of their 1000 little known facts publications) and the Michael Thurmond 6 week makeover (which didn't work for me because the food program was too extreme) has people breathing very deeply. So, I'm very hopeful it will work. If not, I'm condemned to a life of misery--I'll either be miserable on a traditional diet, or miserable because I'm fat. Boy, I hope Oxycise works--is there anything wrong with doing it 7 days a week?
Hi Jenaay! Welcome to Oxycise! and the message board.
There's no harm in doing O! 7 days a week. I just do it 6 days a week, though, because I like having a day off. I also just do it once a day, although some folks like to do two workouts a day for awhile. Do what you're comfortable with, just don't burn yourself out!!
Hope to see you in the D2L (determined to lose) thread with us.
If you want to do O! seven days a week go for it but you might want to take a day off here and there so you don't burn yourself out like Kelly says. You'll love this exercise. It will make you feel good, take away some aches and pains and help you sleep like a baby. I love it!!! See you on D2L

I've been doing o for 3 days now. I only seem to be able to do 5 min at a time. Everyone says "only breathing", but it does require some energy to do!!! I also do arobics a couple of times a week, but I have a very sweet tooth, so I don't seem to loose (go figure, lol). Anyway, I am hoping this works because I have big thighs!!!!! my best to all..............
