Hi everyone! I'm new here, got my O in the mail yesterday (I'm very excited!)

But now for my ?... Are there any natural ways to clear a stuffy nose? I find it hard, especially in the morning, to breathe that deeply thru my nose. Usually it clears after a couple hours, but I think O'ing right when I wake up would be a great way to start the day!

Hi, Petie! I know some others here have the stuffy nose problem, and I'm sure they will give you some good ideas. If my nose doesn't work that well, I just do it through my mouth. The oxygen is the same! Or sometimes I breathe through both nose and mouth. Good luck!

You might look into getting a Neti Pot (search for them on Google). Most health food stores have them and they help keep the nasal passages clear of junk. In the spring especially, there is a lot of stuff in the air and if you have any kind of sinus or allergy issues this might really make life more comfortable for you.

You could also run hot water in the sink and put a towel over your head and inhale the steamy air to moisten the nose.
