HI,
I AM GOING ON A MINI VACATION SAT AND SUN. DOES ANYONE HAVE SOME QUICK WEIGHT LOSS OR INCE LOSS TIPS. I AM TRYING TO AVOID FAD DIETS. SHOULD I UP MY OXYCISE. HOW MUCH IF SO? I AM AIMING FOR ABOUT 5-7 LB LOSS. ANY SUGGESTIONS? |

For quick toning up and weight loss I know that Jill did up to 5 workouts a day for a couple of weeks. You could try that to see how you go. Good luck, have a great vacation. Melinka |

I may give that a try, have to start tomorrow. I think it is doable. At the least 3 times a day! Do you think that will help?

When I was on vaction I O!ed sometimes twice a day plus extra breaths & walked. Even with all the rich food(and I was NOT careful) I did not gain an inch or a lb. Hey, go for it!

Have you heard about the 3-day cleanse in Jill's book "Fuel for Success"? It's described in detail under "General Discussion" at the top of this board, and something like that might help along with increasing your O. While it is a definite change of diet, you don't go hungry. Good luck!
