Hello everyone! I'm new to oxycising but so far I think it's a wonderful program. (I've only been doing it a few days but I love the feeling I get after completing the 15 min workout.) I have only one concern about the program and that's this; I have about 100 pounds to lose in order to be considered a healthy weight by my doctor and I'm getting nervous that with all that weight coming off, I may be left with the secondary problem of baggy skin. I've been told by some that it's an unavoidable issue that I'll just have to have surgery to remedy and others say that there are specific programs that keep the skin toned while the weight comes off. I was wondering if anyone who has lost a significant amount of weight with the Oxycise! program has had this problem and if there are any suggestions to either keep it from happening or improve the skin after the weight comes off. Any and all input is appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to the board, Liana!!!

I can't give you absolute proof, but I know that for myself skin sagging hasn't been a problem. I lost 68 pounds, and I just didn't notice that I sagged at all. I believe that Oxycise really tones the skin along with helping you shed pounds and inches.

I have done some dry-skin brushing, which is supposed to really help, also, but to be honest, I quit taking the time to do it once we moved to this house almost 3 years ago. We only have 1 bathroom here, and with several children living with us off and on, it just wasn't nice to tie up the bathroom that long, so it was easy to get out of the habit. I should get my info out and start that over again. I think it's very beneficial.

Best wishes to you!! Please DO join us on the daily thread for lots of support and encouragement on your journey to better health!!!
