Hi I haven't posyed in ages!!!I had been doing my tape, level 1 for about 2 years. I did great really firmed up and lost inches but my lower back has been killing me. I had neck surgery 6 years ago my neck still gives me trouble but my back and legs reaaly jurt some days worse than others. So I haven't been doing it att all, somedays I would try but other days I just couldn't. My question is some of the positions I can do better than other, so if I do the ones I can do and just do more of them will it still work. I would think so because I still tighten up my butt and legs.I really miss it and I can see a big difference not doing it!!
HI MARYANN, OF COURSE IT WILL WORK. IN FACT, I READ ARTICALS THAT YOU COULD DO IT LAYING IN BED IF YOU REALLY WANTED TO. I THINK THE MAIN PART IS DOING THE BASIC BREATH AND THE TUMMY TUCK. I AM NO EXPERT SO YOU SHOULD ALSO CHECK IN THE ASK JILL OR JULIE SECTION ALSO. BUT, I WOULD GUESS THE COMMUTER ROTINE IS PERFECT FOR YOU SINCE I DONT RECALL REALLY USING ANY OF MY BACK FOR THOSE MOVES. IT IS REASONABLE AND MANY PEOPLE POSTED GETTING EXCELLENT RESULTS JUST USING THE COMMUTER. GOOD LUCK, AND I HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER, REMEMBER ASK JILL OR JULIE FIRST!
Yes, you can really benefit from Oxycise even if you can't do all the positions. I can't do all of the level 1 positions, and even Julie admits that there's a position or two she can't do. In the newsletter several months ago, it was shared that some man had only done 4 different positions of level 1, and had lost several pounds. I have really found that my back feels much better if I faithfully do the floor positions every day. Some of them nearly match the exercises that a chiropractor gave me to help my back, also.
Welcome to the board! Please join us on the daily thread and keep us posted on your progress!!!
