well, am reposting this as NEW....

has anyone known of someone age 73, with hypothyroid, being able to lose weight with oxycise or any program at all.

I feel as if age is a big negative.

and what can one lose.....except a few pounds.

My Easy Does It tape is on the way. I am reacquainting myself with the breathing exercise.

My knees would love to carry around less weight!
