Hi P.A.! Yes....I think you need to give it more time. It does take our bodies awhile to adjust to anything new. Also, there are natural ups and downs that occur throughout the month in our bodies. I lost 44 pounds in my first year of Oxycise. During that year I experienced times when I would show no changes. In the past year I've gained back 14 of those pounds, but that's only because I've let my eating habits creep out of control. Also, I've added other exercise that I know has increases muscle mass (therefore extra weight). Hang in there and let your body have more time to get use to your new routine. Kelly

I agree. There is no miracle cure for fat (unfortunately. Or Ida found it by now Some of us have had all our lives to put all this weight on (yours truly on the top of the list). It is totally normal to need time to take it off & thus the ups & downs. I believe that I basically need to relearn to eat. Not fun but something has put this fat on me & I think it must be food!! Do not despair. It takes perseverance for anything worthwhile. Shelby
