Hi,

Ok, I could just be paranoid. I have noticed since doing O that I am warmer than usual. My body temp is fine. But I find myself being hot in my clothing and especially blankets at night. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm not worried about it. It's just something I have noticed and was wondering if anyone else has noticed the same thing?

I have also noticed nicer skin and hair! I never had these with BF.....I'm so glad I switched!

Jill,

I've noticed this some, too. I think it's probably because with deeper breathing we're increasing circulation. That's just my opinion though.

I'm glad you're glad you switched to O! It's good to have you on the board. Be sure to join us on the D2L thread, if you'd like.

Hi Susanna,

Thanks for the reply. You know, your theory sounds pretty good, because that would explain my nicer skin and hair. I will be sure to join on your D2L thread! Thanks for the invite!

Hi Jill,

I don't recall anyone mentioning being warmer, and I haven't actually noticed that myself. However it is possible that you are revving up your metabolism and it's lasting throughout the day.

I'm glad to hear you are noticing other positive changes though!

Keep on breathin'

I have been feeling warmer lately, but I figured it might relate to hormones, as I have been doing Oxy for years. Smile

Thanks to everyone for replying. Hopefully it is the Metabolism theory Smile That would be WONDERFUL! I'm not uncomfortable at all. I just can't sleep with as many blankets. It's just something that I noticed when I started O. I love it and am glad I have all the Dvds.

I know I'm definitely hotter with O! If I don't do it in the morning, I'm chilly throughout the day. I do it when I get cold when I work at the computer and it warms me up.

SmileI was blaming all the warmth on menopause. I blame everything on menopause. I might have to rethink this a little! Confused

I'm 29, so I know that it's not menopause making me hot. I really notice that I get hot on the days I "O" and I'm hottest after about 2 hours after eating dinner. That usually lasts when I go to bed. I have been hot at bed time, I just cover up with a sheet. I don't mind because I at least feel like something is going on in my body.
