Everytime i do oxycise i never can get pass half the video because I get jittery. I start shaking and my throat get's irritated. Am I doing something wrong? I find bodyflex easier to do but I like how u can do oxycise after you eat.

I was getting jittery along with a anxious grouchy feeling..I found , for me, I was overdoing it a bit..

I had to turn off the tape and just go lay down on the bed and just simply work on the basic breath with my tummy muscles, most of my excess flub is on my tummy anyways..so that works out good for just doing the basic breath.
After doing that for 2 days I found that I got my *groove* with the breathing and the grumpyness stopped and I am way less jittery.
Now I am going back to doing some of my own positons, mostly dance stretches I do in my class with the breath, just so I can focus directly on the breath and not learning a new position..sometimes for me doing 2 things at once is a pain in the butt Smile
I will eventually do the tapes again but right now I am seeing results just by doing the breath or mixing with stretches I already know very well.

oh and I meant to say years ago when I first heard of oxycise, I ran into bodyflex at a yard sale and bought that instead..it was actually what I tried out first , and I do agree, I found bodyflex *easier* at first but like you ..hated the having to do it on a empty tummy, I also eventually found that I thought bodyflex was actually hurting my throat and breath some..maybe I was overdoing it, I dont know....
but yah the oxycise breath is a little trickier, go a lil more gently with it, I have always found that I still see results even when I slow it down and am more gentle..
