Can you all let me know what all the workouts are like on the O dvds/videos? I'm sure I'll end up buying more. As the levels increase do the postions just get harder?

Maty-- I have only the breathing techniques ans L2, but I prefer L2 because BT has some excercises that involve lifting your body off a chair with your hands, and I suffer from carpal tunnel, so I try not to over exhert myself there, but some of the excersices on BT are just as challenging as the L2 ones. The good thing is, once you get used to the tapes, you can pick and choose which exercise you want to do from each routine. I have been curious about the Upper body and abe tape myself!

Mytry & polly:I love the UB/AB workout. I've been doing it for over a month now. At first, it was hard for me. I like to feel like I've done something when I workout. It's a good tape. On the chair portion, I don't lift myself off the chair like she does, I stay on the chair and lean back.
On lev 2. since doing the Ab/UB workout, the level 2 is too easy for me. hope this helps cathey |
