I know this might sound weird but when I do the breathings my nose gets really cold inside and it sort of feels like a brain freeze that you get when you drink a slurpee to fast. Is there a way to avoid this. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the workout, it is riduculous how perfect it is for me!! I don't want to stop doing them, but the air going into my nose making it cold make my head hurts hours after the workout and during it. PLEASE HELP!!! Frown

I would rather believe in Jesus die and find out He isn't real than not believe in Jesus and die and find out He is.

Hi, Tigo! Not everyone agrees with me, but it works fine for me to do the breaths with my mouth if my nose is stuffed, or even through nose and mouth. The important thing is the oxygen, and it goes in whether you use the nose or the mouth. Try it and see what happens! Maybe later you could carefully try using the nose.

Hi Tigo! Welcome to the message board. Another thing you might try is getting in some of your breaths while you're in the shower. The warm, moist air always feels good to me when I do it that way... especially in the winter.
