I've just resumed oxycising after a long sabbatical. I've been oxycising once a day (levels 1 or 2) and feeling drained all day. If this is increased lymphatic drainage, I am drinking at least 2 sports bottles (=64oz.) a day, eating mini meals every 3 or so hours. How long does the feeling drained last, when one has FMS/ CFIDS? Eek

I went grocery, etc. shopping yesterday (joann's fabrics, and Super WalMart) so I figured I had gotten my PT (physical therapy) for the day. So I didn't even do 10 oxycise at bedtime (I'm still at 6 out of 7 days). So I was surprised this morning when I woke up "fibro sore" this morning, because when I oxycise at bedtime (have to change that; I think it's keeping me too jazzed up to get to sleep)I don't feel the FMS soreness upon awakening. This tells me that the exercise benefits towards FMS from the oxycise are "oxycise specific". But still drained!. Flora Roll Eyes

It is my understanding that according to the "special needs" Success Stories, that one lady said it took 2 weeks to not feel so bad, then six weeks from beginning to feeling better. She also said she doubled her oxycise to twice a day, drinking at least 64 oz. of water daily, and doing light weight training. I'm afraid I can't be that masochistic yet, only being at 2 weeks. I'm afraid I would crash/ flare if I increased my oxycising to twice a day. Has anyone else learned anything else in addition? With FMS/ CFIDS? Confused
