Hello, everyone. This is Rich. I just joined today (6/13) and am waiting for the book I ordered on eBay.

I do not know what exercises are done with the O program, however, I have some flexibility issues with one knee, one ankle and my back and therefore can't do deep squats, lunges and such.

I like exercising with resistance bands and also like doing isometrics. Would this type of exercising work well with the O program?

You betcha! I often just do floor positions because I have a hip that troubles me. Once you learn the Oxybreathing pattern, you will find that you can use it many ways. Jill's Easy Does It series is especially created for those who have limited flexibility or handicaps, I believe.

There have been wonderful sucess stories of people who only did 3 or 4 positions over and over until they had 30 reps done.
