Hi Ann!

I'm a mother of 5, and I usually do my Oxycise workout just before bed. It relaxes me, so that works well for me. Also, I've found that if I do it in the early morning, it revs my appetite up for the rest of the day. However, if I spread it out through the day, it doesn't seem to bother me like that, and that's a good option. Do it your way! Good luck! Please let us know what you decide to do!

I feel that Oxycise and Bodyflex are basically doing the same breathing technique with the air coming in quickly and exiting quickly. The difference is that Oxycise lets you breathe more and you do use your abs more because of the way you breathe in and out. There are many of the same position in Bodyflex and Oxycise. Oxycise does goes further with stretching techniques. That is where Bodyflex is limiting. The stretches were too easy for myself. I would recommend the Oxycise program just because there are many more positions to stretch with. Both show that deep breathing is very important to do the exercises properly. Oxycise again is easier for me to do at work because of the varity, no one needs to know what I am doing when I am going around the school to get my work done. It is important to deep breathe even when you are not exercising. Carrie

I tried BF and I was more dizzy and it actually triggered anxiety attacks! Oxycise is much more gentle, and the exercises actually do something. I couldn't lose any inches with BF unless I used the resistance bar. I used the regular first tape for a month and got NO results...With the bar tape, I got bored with BF. Oxycise is much more interactive and the postions are better. It's just less stressful to me than BF.

Has anyone seen Greer's new infomercial (Spring,2007)?? Wow she looks great (just how old is she now??), and she is promising loss of 1 dress size. Her method seems to have evolved with this new series she is selling. Seems to be more of a standing-upright muscle-tightening technique. Anyone know anything?

BodyFlex is EVIL!!! I did BF for 6 months before I found O. Everytime I did the workout-I did the positions and instructions from the book not dvd's-I felt like I was going to hyperventalte and would end up with a sore throat. I got a cold at least once a month. It was horrible. As for the inch loss. LOL!Frown I lost inches all right...the 1st week. I was watching what I ate and doing the workout but I lost about 8 1/2" from all over my body the 1st week. After that, I didn't lose a single inch from anywhere. I didn't lose a single pound either. With Oxycise! The first week I didn't even watch what I ate and to do this day am only keeping a close eye on my portions-I can't do diets-I lost 12 3/4" off my entire body plus I lost 5 lbs in that first week. Not to mention...I don't know if it's just me, but everytime I do the O workout-when I'm done- my entire face, neck and body has this tingling feeling that lasts for about 5 min or so. I can actually FEEL the extra oxygen coursing through me, I'm filled with energy and I feel great. AND, as far as ongoing weight and inch loss. I do have a week here and there where I don't see a loss, but it's usually do to me not taking the time to do the breathing correctly or b/c I eat way to much. All in all, stick with O and burn the BF video's, books, whatever you have. DOn't even donate them to a library b/c they aren't going to help anybody.
