I've been doing oxycise daily for 2 months and I've lost about 12" all over. I read the testimonials that show huge weight and inch lost in a short period and am wondering if I'm doing something wrong. I understand individual results may vary, but is there something that I can do to speed up my results? I have alot of pounds and inches to lose.
If you take a look at my before and afters, Pam, (Page 2 on the Women's Success Stories), you'll see that I didn't lose alot of weight and inches, but I did lose a dress size, which made all the difference for me; I have a way to go, but in my case, the tightening, toning, and smoothing-out that I experienced was, in itself, a vast improvement--Sounds like you're doing great already; my only suggestion would be to drink lots of water (with lemon, if possible), watch the sugar and carbs, and try to do a 2nd workout in the evening--
Best of luck Helene

It sounds to me like you've had some good, consistent results, Pam. Keep in mind that slow weightloss is the best!! The more slowly you lose it, the more likely you are to keep it off.
Just keep on keeping on and you'll get the results you want!!
Thanks for support. I have been trying to incorporate a 2nd oxycise in the evening, but am not always successful as I don't get home from work til 9pm (ish). I drink about 1.5 liters of water / day, 1 liter of green tea / day and I limit the carbs and sugar. I do like how I feel when I do oxycise, I just wonder at my progress. Feels like a snails pace sometimes...
Pam, I certainly do not consider 12 inches in two months a snails pace. That is fantastic. You are doing really well. Keep up the good work and just stay with it. Consistency is the key.
DON'T GET DISCOURAGED!!! I'm a 24 year old man who is 6'3" and weighs 340 lbs. My waist is about 54 inches. I've been doin O for awhile and I have weeks and months with consistent loss, then I have a few weeks where nothing happens. I really wish I could just do one workout and boom, wake up looking like a model from GQ, but sweety, it ain't gonna happen. You said yourself that you love the way the workout feels. Concentrate on that. And, it sounds like you're getting some great results allready. Just focus on how much better you feel, try and get comfortable with your body and with time, the inches will fall away. I do have to say though that if you do want to speed things up, doing O 2x a day will speed up your results. Just make sure your doing the breath as correctly and with as much GUSTO! as possible. Because it is the breathing, not the workout positions, that actually burns the fat away. Hope this is helpful. Good Luck.

That's great advice, Jonathan, and it sounds as if you're doing fine, too; just be patient, and do the workouts you have; Between the Oxycising, water intake, and a healthier diet, you should see some positive results.
As far as exercises for the chest; I think the 'pec press' would work well (featured mostly in Levels 1 and 2)and you're already working the stomach/abs with every breath.
Hang in there, Helene
