Am considering getting Buns & Thighs and was wondering if there are 30 different positions, or do you repeat some? Also...I can't get on my knees and was wondering if many of the positions required you to kneel?

Hi,
I only have Buns & Thighs 1, but it has 30 different positions (I think all her tapes do). There is an "on your knees chair series" in the positions. There are 4 positions that you do on your knees in front a chair (various side leg raises). There are a couple more in the floor series. Altogether there are about 6 that you do on your knees. The chair series might be able to be done just kneeling instead of on your knees. I guess it depends on how bad your knees are. You could always substitute other positions for the one's you can't do. Thanks Alicia! I think I'm going to go ahead and order Buns and Thighs 1....I'm sure I can at least do some of the positions and get something out of them. I can't kneel at all, but I may be able to modify some of them as I've had to in the L1,L2 and L3 tapes.

You could do those posisitions standing behing a chair if you wanted to. I believe that they are side leg lifts and fire hydrant ones.

Hi,
I have level 1 buns & thighs and I do the kneeling ones standing up in front of a chair similar to Level 1 standing leg exercises. |

Thanks! I'm sure I can do them standing up too! I went ahead and ordered B&T 1. It should come in a few days!
