I am new to Oxycise and loving it! While I can see I will eventually be getting the entire library of videos, (!) I am just wanting to get 2-3 more now. Could a few of you please tell me 1) which of the L2-L3-L4 tapes you like most and why? What distinguishes them? Difficulty levels increase or just the variety that you like, etc. And then 2)Buns & Thighs 1 & 2 - again, is there a difference in difficulty? Is it necessary to begin at the lower levels and work up? Do you see increased inch loss on some tapes more than others?

Thanks for your help! Will keep you posted on my progress. For now, I am simply amazed at the increased level of energy. If for no other reason, this has been a God-send for me!

Hi Cyndi! I have L1,2,3 and Buns and Thighs 1...so that's all I can tell you about. I love L2 the best of all...and some of the moves from Buns and Thighs 1. I can't do all the ones from Buns and Thighs, as I can't get on my knees, but the rest of the positions are a great workout for that specific area!

Hi Cyndi! I'll put my two-cents worth in....
I have all the tapes except for the EDI series. I would say the three that I do the most are L2, L3 and Ab&UB. I don't do the B&TH tapes often only because that is not the area I need the most work on.
I like L2 best (for the moment). I feel like it really works my quads and hamstrings and I love the side stretches in the crescent position.
I think you will get a lot of varying opinions... which actually says a lot for the tapes. They are ALL good and you really can't go wrong with any of them! Let us know what you decide on and how you like it.

I like L2, L3 and B&T1. I also like ABS&UB. I like them all, but I think I do L2, 3 and B&T more than the rest. (I have them all)

I like L3 best. It reeeally streches out my back and legs. But I do a variety, since that is the spice of life, and what keeps me from getting bored. Razz
