Hi everyone. I am new to Oxycise but love the energy it has given me so far. My question. I have a blood pressure machine & usually take my pressure before Oing & after Oing. My resting heart rate is around 66 & when I finish with Oing it is usually 80. Am I getting my heart rate up enough. I do breath (I feel) with alot of gusto. Thanks.

Heleen, Thanks for the reply. But I am confused. Shouldn't my heart rate be rising, why would I have to check with my doctor?
Thanks.

Hi Goldie!

That sounds good for now, and as you get more familiar with O!, you'll find that your heart rate will continue to increase.

Keep on breathin'!
