I too am thinking about getting some new tapes while the special is still on. My question is this, it is, buy 2 get one free. So do the majority or you feel it is better to get L2, L3,
L4(as the free one). OR would most of you get the next two levels and then a body specific tape? Of the two body specific tapes, which one do most of you like best? The buns or the Abs? I need help in both areas but I want to get one that is most challenging and has results. Which brings me to my last option. Would I be better off getting the two body specific tapes and just one of the more advanced levels, like skipping up to L4? I have about 50 lbs. to get rid of and I don't know how many inches. I am in pretty good shape for the shape I'm in--hahaha. I walk or do a walking tape every other day and on the off day I go to Curves. I follow the Weight Watchers food plan. I am not weak and I am flexable. Knowing that, would you be able to guide me to which video combination to get? I realize, these would just be your opinions and that is fine, that is what I am looking for, your personal experience with these individule tapes. Thanks in Advance, Pa |

I'm sorry I didn't see your message until now, and sorry that you didn't get some feedback from others.
Now that the special has ended, I'm curious if you decided to order? If so, what tapes did you end up getting? It really doesn't matter which tapes you order. That is, if you do the Basic Breath with lots of air (big inhales, big exhales) and lots of abdominal work --during the lift, 3 sniffs, exhale and 3 puffs -- you will get a great workout regardless of which tape you are doing. And you will also tone and strengthen and lose weight effectively regardless of which workout you do. The "specialty" tapes are great for increasing strength and toning in specific areas... but you still get a good "all over" workout with those too. I think the biggest advantage of having additional tapes is the fun of being able to do a different workout every day. I love the variety! And my personal favorites are Level 3, Abs and Upper Body, and Buns & Thighs 1. |
