I had asked this question of Julie many months ago with no response, so I will try again...
Jill recommends 5-7 sessions per week for results, correct?
My question is this... if I was to do say, 2 sessions in one day, on two or three days during a week, would that be okay to count towards my 5-7 sessions per week, or is it better to spread them out one session per day for better results?
Or, worded in another way... Would the results be similar if I only Oxycised 3 days/6 sessions or is it better to do 6 days/6 sessions?
Hi, Brennen, I don't know the answer to your question, but here's what I think. I feel better when I do Oxycise every day, rather than more sessions in a few days. I think it may be like food--I can't be as healthy eating a week's worth of food in 2 or 3 days, as I would be spreading it out over 7 days.
