I have been oxycising for3 weeks. During and after exercising I feel an aching in my back and also up under my ribs feels really strange. IS this normal or am I overdoing it? I want to continue because I like the results but wanted to see if anyone else is experieincing these feeling?

When I started Oxycising, my chest would feel kinda funny, too. I think it was just because my chest was expanding more with the deep breaths. I'm not sure if it's the same with you, but if you are feeling pain or anything, you should take it easy.

I think that you may be overdoing it Red Face if you have pain in your back. In fact, Leeann is right, you shouldn't feel any pain at all. Yeah, your chest feel different because you've worked out and stretched the muscles in your ribs. It's healthy and normal, and soon, that feeling will become enjoyable. Big Grin Stretching any muscles for elaxation is always a good thing.

Hi,

I use the stomach muscles to do the pelvic tilt. I squeeze the buns but not to the point of pain. The pelvic tilt is to keep the back in alignment not to hurt the lower spine. I hope that this helps. Smile
