I got my green tea extract yesterday. Do you put one dropperful or two in each 8 oz. glass? Also...I can't remember how many glasses you drink a day (total ounces).

Sorry...I think you answered all this once before, but I don't remember which thread it was in and I don't have time to search for it right now. I'll probably wait until I finish my cleanse to start this, but just wanted to be ready when the times comes (which should be Thursday).

OK, put one full dropperful in one 8 oz glass. Do this two times in the am, two times in the pm. So, that equals 4 dropperfuls/day, 32 oz water/ day.

I use 16 oz. glasses when I'm at home, so I'll just add it to my first and last glass of water each day.
