I have not used O in 8-9 years. I had great results, but got tired of the same videos every day (there were only 2 levels then) so I quit. I sent my whole package to my grandmother (book, L1, L2, commuter, chart sucess) and she is still using it. Well, last week she commented on how pretty my face looked when I was doing O, so I decided to do it again. Since she only uses the book, she is going to send my tapes back to me.

I have been practicing the basic breath, but I cannot rememeber much about the video. While I wait on my videos, can someone tell me the list of exercises, to jog my memory? I remember something about rip the floor, sit and reach, pushing off a wall, pushing my fists together... Oh, it is SO vague. It has been too long! The forum has changed quite a bit since I left. Anyway, thanks for your help. You may send me a private message if you do not want to post the exercises here.

Hello! Welcome to the message board! I was never on the old one, so I don't know how different this one is, but it's pretty nice. I hope you will join us on the D2L (determined to lose) thread, for lots of support and encouragement each day. I'll have to dig out my book, so I can help you with those positions, unless someone beats me to it. I just memorized the positions that I like, and added some from other websites and magazines, so I don't remember what they all are called. Anyway, jump right in and join us!

Welcome from me, too! Like Susanna, I just do my own routine so I'd also have to dig out the actual positions from the video (seems like L1 didn't come with a card listing them....)

I've been posting for more than 6 years and this is the third message board I've used for Oxycise!. Funny, I have trouble now remembering what the other two were like.

Yes! Come post with us on the D2L thread each day. I do remember that when I first started posting there were separate threads for D2L and O!Pals as well as a third daily thread. That was back when TONS of folks posted each day.

Ahhhh.....those were the days. Wink
