Does Oxycise improve your breathing even when you're not doing it?

I've had this problem off and on for years. Decades. But not consistently. I can be sitting watching TV, at the movies, reading, etc. and all of a sudden I realize I have to take in a deep breath. It's completely involuntary. As if I wasn't breathing deep enough. Over the years, I've paid more attention and just prior to the deep involunary breath, my breathing gets very very shallow. I don't know why. And I'm not aware of it until I need to take the big breath. I can remember, right off hand, three times in my life when this has been a problem. All three times the emotional stress was very high in my life. I don't know if it's related or not.

Anybody else out there hear of this? Do you think Oxycise will help me with this?

Ellie Mae,
I'm not sure that this will change because of Oxycise, but I wouldn't be surprised if it helped. I have experienced something similar, though maybe not as extreme as your symptoms. I can't honestly say that I breathe more deeply all day long because of doing Oxycise. It's just not something that I think about, until it's workout time.

Gee, EllieMae, it almost sounds like you are hyperventilating or having mild panic attacks. I'm no doctor, of course, but I have heard of that type of strange breathing before with people who are under stress.

You may want to go get that checked out with a doctor. Meanwhile, deep breathing in general is great for relieving stress, so I'd keep O-ing.

Just my two cents, for what it's worth.

Here are a few comments from some other Oxycise! customers on the subject of panic attacks:

Date: January 06, 2001
Author: Martina
Subject: I feel happier

"I suffer from anxiety and depression. Oxycise! has really helped me. Part of my anxiety is getting panic attacks where I get very breathless and hyperventilate. Now I can control my breathing so well that the duration of my attacks has lessened a lot. I have a lot of weight to lose and frankly have not seen any lost inches or pounds but I would continue doing Oxycise! for the effect its having on my mental health alone. I'm sure that the pounds and inches will follow before too long too."

"Dear Jill,
I would like to thank you for your Oxycise! program and really want to thank God for bringing Oxycise! into my life.

"I grew up very athletic and healthy, I never got sick in my life until I turned 30, a year ago. Due to my stressful lifestyle, I developed chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. My symptoms first started out with panic attacks and was treated for it with Zoloft. I was on Zoloft for panic attacks and had horrible side effects including weight-gain of 15 pounds. I decided to quit the medication. Zoloft was helping me with the panic attacks but was giving me other problems.

"I have heard of your program but was skeptical and did not order it until months later. I started Oxycise! for the sake of losing weight but what took place was a miracle!! Of course I was not one of the fast group to lose the weight, I belonged to the slow group. I noticed other wonderful and amazing results with Oxycise! My muscle tone was getting better, I was actually getting in shape without all the workouts that I used to do prior to getting ill. My energy level increased and best of all, my panic attacks went away!!! If two to three days go by without me doing Oxycise!, my panic attacks would return! Oxycise! has become my medicine and my true addiction because if I continue doing O! every day, my panic attacks never come back! I have informed my doctors about your program and they were amazed. I just wished that I tried Oxycise! before taking Zoloft. I would have saved myself from the unnecessary side effects of medication.

"I also noticed that my hair grew so much faster while doing Oxycise! I honestly have no negative comments about your Oxycise! program because it is so amazing and wonderful!! Doing Oxycise! daily is part of my treatment! Instead of taking pills every day, I include Oxycise! in my daily routine and I would feel better and more energized. I have lost inches also, but it did take time and I want everyone to know that patience is the key to achieving permanent weight loss results.

"I do thank God Almighty for bringing your program and you Jill into my life!! If it wasn't for you and Oxycise!, I would still be suffering from horrible panic attacks and the symptoms of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue! I wish that I could tell everyone who suffers with my illness to start breathing instead of taking medicine!!! It would help them deal with it naturally instead
of masking it with medicine!!"

God bless you all!!!

Sincerely,
Michelle P.

P.S. "If there is any way that I could help you spread the word of Oxycise!, Please let me know!! I believe in your program 100% and would be honored to help reach so many people that need Oxycise!!!"

"About three years ago I purchased the Level One Video. I tried to do it a few times but seemed unable to master it. I just didn't have the motivation. Then, about 3 weeks ago I decided to give it a go once more. In these three weeks I keep having people ask me, 'How much weight have you lost?' To tell you the truth I don't know how much weight I have lost if any. I do know that the fat cells in my body seem to be shrinking at a very rapid rate. I am also more calm and relaxed and prior to beginning the breathing I had begun to experience anxiety and panic attacks - something I have not had for years. Oh, by the way, this time it took me about 10 minutes to master the breathing. I guess I was motivated this time. I look forward to increasing health, well-being and inch loss."

"Dear Jill,
I have been Oxycising for 8 weeks now. I started 4/18/01. I cannot begin to tell you the wonderful changes that I have seen in my body. In February of 2001, I was at an all time low. My blood pressure was skyrocketing, I was severely overweight, suffering panic attacks, high blood sugar levels, fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and a host of other physical ailments. I constantly ached all over and was severely depressed.

"In February of 2001, my husband finally convinced me to see a chiropractor. I was very skeptical about this approach. Even with my doubts I started going to see my chiropractor 3 times a week faithfully. There was dramatic improvement in my health just by seeing the chiropractor. Next I thought I would finally try to tackle the issue of my weight. Because of my back and knee pain, I knew that traditional exercise would not work for me. I had ordered BodyFlex tapes several months earlier but quit after the first week, I thought I would give it another try. To my astonishment it was working. Around this time I stumbled across Oxycise! on the web. I ordered your program right away and have been faithfully Oxycising and BodyFlexing since 4/18/01. I love both programs although I find Oxycise! a little more suitable to my hectic life.

"As of 6/13/01, I have lost 29 pounds and 34 inches. I have lost nine inches off of my hips alone. When I measured myself on 6/13, I started to cry. In just a couple of months, my health and appearance has improved dramatically. Not only have I lost weight and inches, but my blood pressure is excellent. I had to stop taking my high blood pressure medication due to the low readings. I am no longer depressed, and my face is so toned and firm. Everyone says I have a glow that is out of this world. By the way, I only measure my upper abs, waist, lower abs, hips, and one thigh. I have also lost inches in my arms and calves. All of this in less than 2 months. Thanks Jill for Oxycise! Will update in a couple more months."

Yours Truly,
Rhonda Powell
