I didn't find an "obvious" place to ask this one so...
Motivated by son who wants to wrestle next year at school (will be 8th grade). I want to use Oxycise as a warm up with him and then use weights to build him up for next years season. I want to know if this is just stupid...should I wait on one then do it later? I would need to show him what he needs to be doing etc... (Read: if I have a "mom" reason, I just might do it for myself too...) He is "under height as "Garfield" would say for his weight. Mommy is just fat. He is 215lbs at 6" (14 yrs old). I am 5' 7 3/4", 305lbs (and about to turn 45). I have been at "desperate"...desperate just laughed at me...and gave me medical problems which are all related to weight and now diabetes. I am no longer desperate. It served no purpose. Joanne |

Joanne,
Desperate didn't help huh? Well, then try slow and steady, consistently making good choices of food and taking 15 minutes to do Oxycise! Have you ever heard of Flylady? She's written a book called "Body Clutter", and you can read about it on her website. www.flylady.net You may find it interesting. She uses babysteps to overcome lifetime habits, and learn to be happy and fly. Anyway, I think Oxycise is always a good decision. My son has done it quite a bit, and says it really helps him feel better. If you need a "mom reason", that's a good one. I think you will be really glad you made that choice! My dh and children are all so proud of what I did with Oxycise. I feel so much younger and more able to do the things I wanted to do but couldn't! You can do it too!!! Good luck!!!
