HI.
I borrowed the easy does it level 1 workout from the library to see how it is. I do like it. It's 30 minutes. Is the regular level 1 workout 15 minutes total? Thank you.

I dont see anyone jumping in here so even though I am just a newbie I will answer.

I just finished the workout. It is 15 minutes. The other 15 minutes is Jill explaining the breathing at the beginning and postition explaination at the end.

Oxycise on!!

Hi Mel! Sorry I didn't see this yesterday. Welcome to Oxycise! and the message board!

Shellie's right....L1 is approximately 15 minutes. Some of the upper levels take closer to 20, but it's still a SHORT workout!! (short, but powerful!)

Hi Mel,
Welcome to the O board. I didn't know that the easy does it took so long. Shellie's right Level 1 does take 15 minutes. I fast forward through the beginning to the part where Jill starts the exercises. I spent a lot of time doing the Intro tape, to really get the breathing down right. Will still sometimes relook at it, to get rid of any bad habits Big Grin.

Hi.
Thank you everyone. I'm going to get the regular level one workout. I don't have physical limitations, I just got the wrong one at the library. I've done the easy does it twice. I put a lot of effort into it and really works your abs! And I've done yoga for over 3 1/2 years and aerobics, strength training and pilates (using videos) for 2 years and I think O is working much better. I really like the breathing in Oxycise.
