I know that Jill says that oxycise can be done without causing you to sweat but that is not my experience. Does any body else sweat alot too?

Hi! I've found that the amount of sweating I do when I Oxycise depends on a number of different factors. I don't usually sweat as much when I O! in the mornings...I think that's because I'm fresher and it's easier on my system. Also, things like the temperature of the room and, of course, the amount of gusto I put into the workout also influence how much I sweat. I've noticed that if I do a tape that I haven't done in awhile, I'm usually sweating more by the end of it.

I noticed that if I have been a very bad girl and eaten too much sodium & not drank enough water
roll eyes I will sweat when I do O. I guess that's OK though. Maybe we are all just doing O with GUSTO! wink

WOOOHOOO!! I'm not the only one who sweats!!! I always hear about how wonderful this program is because you don't sweat as much but I definitely break out in an all over sweat...I'm talking beading down in droplets by the time my workout is over.

But I have no problem with that smile It pushes me to breathe with more gusto and I think of it as just another way to get toxins out of my body.

Well, I sure sweat like I'm running 20 miles!!! *lol*

I get rivulets of sweat pouring down my face and and body. (Don't mean to gross anyone out, just want to get the idea across. razz)

That doesn't happen to me ALL the time, like if I am distracted, but that's because then, I'm not breathing with all my GUSTO. But, otherwise, oh yes, I sweat. (You shoulda seen me after that B&T workout...then again, good thing you couldn't!!!) wink

Take care everyone, and KEEP BREATHIN'!
