Hi, I am new. I just received my DVD's yesterday. I have been reading the website for weeks.
Has anyone had any luck with losing weight in the hip area? I know you can't spot reduce. But, I am hoping that oxycise will help that area. thanks, Rachael |

Hi Barkable: you got that right. I'm waiting on L 2 to arrive I know it's going to be rough. Lev 1 is too easy for me now. I'm also doing abs/ub. daily it's haven't gotten to where it's that easy. I've been doing it for a month and I still can work up a good sweat.Are you doing them back to back? you should try 1 at a time and when that gets too easy go to the next one, and build on that instead of trying to do it all at once. Remember, when your body gets use to a heavy workout you'll have to continue to challenge it in order for it to continue to work. Gradually is better.
