Hi, I am new. I just received my DVD's yesterday. I have been reading the website for weeks.

Has anyone had any luck with losing weight in the hip area? I know you can't spot reduce. But, I am hoping that oxycise will help that area.

Hi Rachael. Welcome aboard! Your going to really enjoy the support and as you well know from reading the posts, the ladies are wonderful! As to your question, I have lost in my hips. Frown I frown because I have an apple figure and that's the last place I need to lose. My trunk area is my "problem" area. I've heard that extra movement (such as walking, squats, etc. and of course more related stretching with "O") will help you. I wish you the best on your loss Rachael. Again Welcome!!

Hi Barkable: you got that right. I'm waiting on L 2 to arrive I know it's going to be rough. Lev 1 is too easy for me now. I'm also doing abs/ub. daily it's haven't gotten to where it's that easy. I've been doing it for a month and I still can work up a good sweat.Are you doing them back to back? you should try 1 at a time and when that gets too easy go to the next one, and build on that instead of trying to do it all at once. Remember, when your body gets use to a heavy workout you'll have to continue to challenge it in order for it to continue to work. Gradually is better.
