Here is a delicate question. Ahem...well since I have been losing weight (and this happened before when I lost weight when I was 18) I have been losing alot in the bust and I am.....saggy. *sigh* Even if I gained weight (I had taken 2 kilos back on but now I lost them)I still lose in the ribcage while doing O!. Is there anyting I can do to "perk up" a little?
A friend of mine said that while she was in Africa, she really toned up because the showers were only in cold water!!! I had a physical therapist say the same thing that after a work out that I should shower with a massage type water & use cold. He did that for me when I was working out there after the 5 th pregnancy.

I heard about the body brushing but I have no clue where to get them here or if they work.

Will O tone me up in the bust area, even a little?

HI,
I HAVE HAD PEOPLE TELL ME THE COLD WATER TONES THE SKIN AFTER A SHOWER. BUT IN ALL HONESTY I DO THINK THAT IS A NOT A PERMANANT FIX. I WOULD TRY USING MORE WEIGHTS. BUT THAT IS CAUSE I HATE COLD. SO I COULDNT DO IT. IF YOU CAN BARE IT GOOD LUCK! HAVE A NICE WARM TOWEL NEAR BY AND LET US KNOW HOW IT GOES!

Shelby..do you workout with weights at all? You might try some exercises with light (3-5 pound) weights that target the chest area. This might help!

Something else that really helps that area is pushups - you can start against a door or wall and progress to doing them on the floor on your knees and then regular ones eventually. Also Oxycise Abs and Upper Body is very good. Weights work too! It will get better!

I can relate to this--I look like I have attached two socks with wet sand in the toes to my chest.

When we were in Haiti the showers were cold, and I did not notice any "firming" action taking place. Wish I had, though Big Grin . It would have made that stinky water more pleasant.
