Hi.. I'm new to this site but have had the tapes for a while.. and just got the Thighs and buns video.. some moves.. are rather difficult. But I'm trying.. I did the Body FLex programs years ago and it worked pretty good, that and me going through a divorce at the same time worked really well, but now I'm back to being fat and sassy and I want to keep only the sassy part. Any good advise for a new member?

Welcome from me too! I think there's a wealth of information on this message board, if you can take time to read through the posts. I know I've learned a lot about Oxycise and just good health tips by doing that. Like the others have said, join us daily, or at least often on the daily thread for lots of encouragement!
