There are a few postions I cannot remember. What is the king tut? And how do you do the bun tuck (right leg, left leg) and back leg lift? For the Off the Wall Series, I cannot remember the sit and stretch or the wall press. I was pleased to remember most of the positions though.

King Tut:
Standing behind a chair, Spread feet with toes pointing out. Bend knees, keep knees directly over feet. (Be careful not to rotate knees forward.) Pelvic tilt, tighten buns. Press arms inward on bar (back of chair). Keep back aligned and head up. Let torso sink. Stretch inner thighs. Bun Tuck: Standing behind the chair again, Press arms in, against bar. Lift right leg straight to the back. Point toes. Bend left leg. Pelvic tilt, tighten buns. Keep back and head aligned. Repeat with left leg. Back leg lift- laying on the floor- Roll on left side toward stomach. Lift right leg up and back. Press hands on floor. Left head. Point toes. Repeat on right side. Lean and Press: (Is this the one you mean?) Stand with back pressed against the wall. Place feet a few inches out and press lower back against wall. Do a Pec Press with arms. Sit and stretch: Face the wall and place both hands as high as you can. Sink down into a semi-sitting position. "Walk" your fingers up the wall to stretch a little farther with each inhale. Keep back aligned and head up. I'd say you're doing great to remember all the rest!!! |
