I decided to get some advise from you regarding the subject. Is there any precautions or suggestions you can give me. I think oxycise would be helpful; but, I'm concerned about how entergetic I should be in doing the deep breathing. I have the two beginning tapes (that I haven't used for a very long time. ) I'd like to give it another try. My vitals are all good now, just adjusting meds. However, I am still pretty weak and need to strenghten my arms and legs. What do you think? Would appreciate your thougts.

I'm certainly not qualified to answer your question. However, Julie might have some information regarding others in a similar situation. You might try posting this question in the "ask Julie and Jill" section of the message board.
I hope you'll be able to join us here soon as a regular Oxyciser! Kelly |

Welcome! Probably none of us is qualified to answer your question except for Julie or Jill. I would think that you should push yourself only as far as is completely comfortable, but I don't know. Good luck with your recovery, Hope to see more of you around here.

Welcome to the Oxycise! board. I agree with the others--best to ask Julie or Jill, or your family doctor. I think Oxycise! is gentle enough so long as you listen to your body.
Here's to a speedy recovery! Susan R. |
