Going to do L1 and my 4-miler today, in between watching the latest news coverage on the Pope. His passing really affected me for some reason, even though he was old and had been ill for such a long time. Still a shock.

Hi Laura, Donna and all those who posted after I did this weekend.

I had a busy morning, but did get my O! done. After getting in 10 positions, I had to resort to just Oxybreaths while I cleaned house, but I know I did lots of extras.

Thanks for all the encouragement about the weight I've dropped. My total since the beginning of the year is 25 pounds now!! I wore a dress today that I hadn't tried on for quite awhile and it fit just fine! It had been too tight across the belly...but now there's room to spare!

I enjoyed looking at all your pictures, Ellen. You have a great looking family! Someone sure likes watermelons. My cousin use to collect watermelon stuff and had a kitchen full of it!

Melinka...it's good to hear that things are somewhat better for you and your family. Let's see...isn't your daughter about 2? Just the age for being naughty now and then! I'm sure she's enjoying her time at daycare just as you're enjoying your time with Ella.

Cirlcles....glad to see you made it to the D2L thread. Hope your tapes arrive soon!

Donna....I remember vividly when the last Pope died and John Paul II was elected. I was in school in England for the summer and remember reading about it in a newspaper while riding the train to London. Funny, the things that stick in our memories.....

It's a nice day here today. The dogwoods, azaleas and wisteria are all beautiful! Of course there's pollen everywhere, too (as my nose and head will attest). My silver car has a yellow sheen to it!

Did L1 this morning before work. I love the way it makes me feel first thing in the morning.

My Mom and I will do it again after we get off of work.

It was a beautiful weekend here in Colorado. It is in the 70's today, a bit windy, but that's normal for here.
