Good morning! I haven't done my O! yet, but will soon. Eating and water were just okay yesterday. I did do a walk video with my DD in addition to my O!.

Hey Jeans, how about that David (on Idol)! Both David's were great, but I have to admit I was pulling for David Cook. I felt he had more versatility and would be a better "idol" overall. David A. sure had a smooth voice, though! Both guys should do well if they pursue singing as a career.

Good morning, Kelly!

I didn't do my O! before leaving the house for work this morning. I had a lot of drainage last night and it took a long time for my antihistimine to take affect. So, I didn't get much sleep - slept in instead of exercising.

So, I've begun doing my O! here at work. I've finished 5 reps so far - 25 to go! Woo-hoo!!

I did well yesterday on my water and food (I did indulge in the apple cobbler/ice cream).

Kelly I was happy to see Cook win too. I liked David A too but my vote went to Cook. They will do well. No doubt about it.

I had to take an early morning walk. It's just so hot here now. I will do an O! tape after supper.

Hello O-buddies!!!

It's sure quiet around here, isn't it? Maybe I should email a bunch of our buddies.....although that doesn't seem to have the effect it once did.

We lit the stove today!!! It's been raining and windy and cool, and a fire feels good!

I did my O last night, and I plan to do it again tonight. Hope everyone's having a great evening!
