Terrie Kay--I know what you mean about different waters having different flavors. Dasani is my favorite too, although I also like Poland Spring. I often get laughed at because I can not stand the taste of Evian water. But, to save money, as I am a poor grad student, Brita water works well for me now.

Good Morning Terrie Kay, Good to have you join in. Teh support group is great. I have the Fuel for Success book and i started this on Jan. 1st.
So far i have lost 8 lbs and slowly see an 1/8 of an inch start to disappear.I too am not a water drinker, i find if i get the small bottles and every time i get in the car i take one,I find myself drinking more each day,I also carry little boxes of raisins n the car so if i begin to feel like i need something i go for the raisins. I have pretty much stuck to the FFS diet and it has curbed my hunger for things i love the most like ice cream and pepsi. I am determined to stick with this as my goal is to able to teach otheres in the area where i live, especially the elder in their day care as they are always looking for something to fill their days. I will be trying the easy does it soon to see how it will be. i am only in L1 now for myself. Love it have a good day Roll Eyes

I, too, have started drinking water as part of my weight-loss plan (hence, the avatar!). I have to say, it's an acquired taste. There are days I can't stand to look at it! Razz But, I have increased my water intake to 144 ounces a day, and try my best to meet it every day. I notice that if I don't drink my water, I feel lethargic, nauseous, and shaky. Confused

I had 140 pounds to lose and I have lost approximately half of that since Feb 24, 2003 using a 2-mile walking/strength training tape by Leslie Sansone. I started doing level 1 along with my walking tape on May 13, 2003, and I love it. Works great together! Big Grin

I usually don't post on the D2L thread...I post my weekly report every week after I measure. That seems to keep me on track. I do, however, read all the posts every day to keep me motivated.

Good luck!

Donna Smile

Hello Terri Kay! I guarantee you'll have so much support you won't know where to put it! I started about two weeks ago and I always get an answer to any question, inspiration when I need it and sympathy with obsticals. I myself have about 50 lbs to lose. I know that with consistancy, it'll come off the RIGHT way and stay off. Just make Oxycise a habit in your life, don't think of it as a chore. Think of it as part of your routine like showering or brushing your teeth. Those are things we HAVE to do daily and don't really think twice about skipping. You're in a great place. Hang in there and IMAGINE how GREAT you're going to look and feel in exactally one year from today!!! Smile

We're here for you!

Oxycise is the way to go. I started during Christmastime and have lost a dress/pant size, PMS is gone and my BP meds have been cut in half!!! I want to get into a size 8...I'm a 12 now. Oxycise is truly a blessing. Upperbody & abs is great!!! I had a C-section and after years of trying every known abs ecercise and equipment in the book, I'm finally starting to have strength and toning in that area.

For of you who think that it can't be done, I have a full-time job, a part-time job, I'm a wife and mother and in graduate school. Oxycise helps me to focus and remain calm in times of stress. My only problem is that I only do it 4-5 times a week, I know that I need to bump that up, but it's working for me as is. Keep it up because you can do it!!!

I just want to thank everyone who is so encouraging on this message board. I really appreciate reading about all of your experiences and your upbeat motivation. You guys are the best!!
