Good morning!! I haven't done my O! yet, but can promise you it will be done this morning.

Sorry you aren't feeling well Helene. Hope you woke up feeling better today!

Early voting started here yesterday so I got that done. Yay!! I saw on the news where Colorado started yesterday, too. Bet that's where Sheila is these days. She always stays busy during election times.

Hope to see lots more joining me here later. Better get busy and do my O!!

KOB & DYW!

Good morning,

Did L2 this morning before work, which I've been doing every day even though I haven't posted lately.

Yes, Kelly we are busy with elections and our early voting started yesterday also, so we are swamped.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day. KOB and smiling.

Sheila

Just checking in quickly. No O! for a few days. My father in law passed away early today so we are preparing Dan to get back to NY State. Have a good day to all.

Hi! I did L4, and half a commuter so far.

I broke my ankle bone a few weeks ago--just a crack, but I've been laying around with my leg propped up, and I put on a few pounds! Yikes! So I intend to oxycise everyday. Isn't it great that we can oxycise with broken bones?

So sorry to hear about your father in law, Shelby.

Shelby, I am so very sorry about your father-in-law. You are all in my prayers, may the peace of God surround each of you.

Jennifer so sorry to also hear about your ankle bone be broken. OUCH! I hope you will soon be able to be back up.

Did O breaths today and took a short walk. Trying to teach our puppy to heal. Usually she does well and then the next time, it's like what??? Heal, I've never heard that command before. (Note: she always listens to DH)

I had to drive into the city for my appointment with my new OBGYN and she is fabulous! She sent me home with creme for my yeast infection, a mamography appointment and will call with my ultrasound appointment. She is in her early 40's and a very calm/strong/smart gal. I know I can talk with her about anything. It wasn't until I was driving home that I remembered something I had wanted to bring up in our intake but forgot..I get migraines with orgasm since I entered perimenopause and wondered if this would stop??? I will see her again in a month so I can ask her then, I have googled this and while it doesn't happen a lot apparently it does happen with 2% of the population - to me that is LOT of people!!! This was an article on women so I wonder if it happens to men as well?

We are taking our friend Terri out for lunch for her birthday so I will do either a 40 min walk or O! when I get home. I am not up to both, I too have a change of season headache with the weather.

I will pop in later!
