Hi all. Sad news for us.
Please stand with us in prayer. We received the news yesterday that Dan's second youngest sister, Tammie, is in the hospital in Miami, FL with a brain anuerism. It looks like she is expected to pass away at any time. The drs say she is in a coma & apparently brain dead. When she was 5, she accepted Christ as her Saviour, but since age 14 has not been following the Lord all that closely. Dan's brother, Darryl & wife Michele are there with her now.

I did get in L3 today even though...

I'm so sorry, Shelby. My thoughts and prayers are with the whole family and your niece as well.

I got in L1 last night and hope to do a commuter today.

Good morning everyone! We got back about 9:30 last night and it's good to be home. We got caught in some of the "Dennis" rain on our drive home. I'm tired after traveling almost 1400 miles in the car over 4 days! I'm a small town girl, too, so I had to adjust to driving on the interstate and in bigger cities. Amazing how you can get so out of the habit of doing that!

I'm sure my eating could have been better...but it definitely could have been worse. DD and I looked at this as a mini-vacation, so we didn't want to deprive ourselves too much. To make up for the eating, I Oxycised every day we were gone, including Sunday (which I usually take off). I don't think I really did much damage, but will know for sure when I weigh and measure this weekend.

This morning we did a 2-mile walk video and I got my O! done.

Shelby, I said prayers as soon as I saw your e-mail this morning and I'm still praying. Keep us posted.

How exciting about the move to Argentina, Jennifer!!! You'll have to change your location in your profile. Are your kids excited?

Nancy...it's good to hear from you again. Glad your mouth is getting better.

It was great catching up with all the rest of your posts. I thought about all of y'all as I did my O! in my hotel rooms.

First off, I am sorry to hear about Tammie, Shelby.

I am new here (well a few years ago I did it, but kinda petered out) I'm not sure where to post this, but this seemed like a friendly spot
I am almost 21, and would like to lose about 25 pounds. I am between 5'2"-5'3" and am currently 150 lbs. and am a size 8/10/12 ish..lol

I did L1 early this morning, and am planning on doing L2 in an hour or so.

I am rededicated to Oxycise! I know it'll do amazing things!

Kelly S., where did you go on your trip? I haven't posted in several days so I probably missed where you said you were going. Sounds like you had a good time anyway.

Did L1 this morning before work and plan on doing it again this evening with Mom.

Better get to work now. It is a little cooler here in Colorado today, only 77 so far. The break is nice because it has been in the 90's.

Welcome back, Kelly! I'm sure it's great to be home again. My older kids are excited to go to argentina. The young ones (5 and 7) look at me and say"But we just got here!"

Dan's brother was with her & said she went peacefully.

Shelby, I was checking in to read up on the postings. I have been bad again and didn't get any O done, but I truly wanted to give you and your family my deepest sympathy. To be so young and to go so fast is very difficult. I know you will look to the Lord for your strength and he shall give it to you.
