I just want to say thank you so much to Rose Wright, bethc, Kathy, Kelly S. and Kathie S. for your support and encouragement. It really helps to know I'm not the only one having these same challenges.

I really like the advice to take each day for itself, not worrying about how we did yesterday or how we're going to do tomorrow. I am writing that down to remind myself.

Tomorrow, I'm starting up anew, and I'll be happy to know that Friday, I did something wonderful to help myself.
