Good morning! I haven't done my O! yet, but will soon. Just wanted to go ahead and start a thread while I was checking in. Eating still wasn't great yesterday, but it might have been a wee bit better. Water definitely was.
Sorry about your health problems, Lorrie. I know nothing about that, so can't offer any advice. Great work with your losses, though!! Belated anniversary greetings, Sheila! Hope Phyl has a good time on her trip! okay.... I feel the need to O! now. KOB & DYW! |

Kelly, it was good to hear an update on Susanna - I've been thinking about her. Congratulations Lorrie and Sandy P. - you're doing great. I was sorry to hear about Tammy's beagle - a very hard thing to go through. I've been busy this morning - I made a big kettle of chicken wild rice soup with LOTS of vegetables that I have cooling before putting in the freezer. I'm mixing up batches of cookies to bake next Thursday and Friday. It seems that almost every time we go to MN, we end up at the same relatives' house. We always stop and buy something to have with coffee but, since I'm not working this year, I decided to bake a bunch of cookies for their Christmas gift instead of buying something (that is ALWAYS food). We're going up again Friday evening so if the cookies are fresh, they can freeze them to enjoy for a little while after the holidays. I enjoy baking but don't do it very often. DH isn't a cookie eater and if I have them around, that's all I eat My eating is back to being ok; I'm drinking lots of water and I'm O!ing my little heart out! 2B This message has been edited. Hi! I am new to the board (have been lurking awhile). I have been doing oxycise level 1 for about a week now. I just recently weighed and measured myself as I just could not bear to do it when I first started it. I have a history of being a diet/binger (food and exercise) and I wanted something sane. Does anyone else relate to that?? So for the last week I have been eating when I am hungry, doing oxycise and taking a walk occassionally. I feel pretty good mentally and physically I have more energy. I will not be able to post everyday but I like the warmth that comes across this board. I am off to do my oxycise now (I work nights as a nurse so sometimes my schedule is backwards from the rest of the world!)

Yes, I can relate to diet binging and eating and exercise. Been there done that and right now I need to get back to my O myself. I totally have felt much better though once I detoxed myself of all sugar. This enabled me not to crave it any more and in turn I feel 300% better mentally and physically.
