Good morning everyone! I just finished my O! for the day. DD and I are just getting ready to do our walk...1-mile today.

Congrats on the new skirt, Susanna... and the compliment. Doesn't it make you feel wonderful when people comment?!

2B, Nancy, Jennifer, Sheila....good to see y'all here yesterday, too. Hope the BBQ was fun, Sheila! Jennifer, any word on when you'll be heading south again? Staying inside and reading sound great to me, Nancy. I love to read! 2B..I'm anxious to get my copy of the book, too, so I can compare notes with you and Nancy.

I need to vacuum sometime later...didn't have time yesterday. The dog hair gets out of control if I don't vacuum at least twice a week!

Hope all of you have a great Tuesday! Stay cool, KOB and DYW! (maybe I should be telling Melinka to stay warm....isn't it getting cold now in NZ?)

Hi -
Not taking the time to login but will get a post off for today.
Susanna, congrats on the your skirt. Good for you!!
Need to confess that I did not O! yesterday so NEED to get on the stick today.
It's hot here again too - I keep reminding myself that I do not like cold weather and lots of snow - which is right around the corner.
Good day to all - 2B

Hi O!'ers,
I'm new to Oxycise and posted on the getting to know you section. I have a question, but no one answered, so I'm trying here. This seems to be the "active" part of the message board!

How do you keep track of breaths/reps? I get started and soon forget how many I've done of each. I really want to do the recommended number. Any tips/tricks?'
Thanks
Michelle

Good afternoon all,

Didn't O today yet. Have been lazy I guess. Too hot to do much. I can't seem to get motivated lately.

Kelly, the bbq was fun and everyone enjoyed themselves. I'm pretty sore today because of all the lifting and carrying and such. I got so hot getting stuff ready I was sick to my stomach, so I didn't eat at the bbq. I ate later after I got to feeling better.

Susanna, congrats on the new skirt, it feels good to get compliments doesn't it? You are such an inspiration.

Have a wonderful Tuesday, everyone.

Sheila Razz

Hello, Buddies! Did my workout today. Congrats on the compliment and the skirt, Susanna. Those are true measures of progress!

Kelly, we're not sure yet when we are heading south. My husband's boss is now saying about 2 months. They are also not sure yet if we are going to Brazil or Argentina. I really don't care which it is, I just want to know which it is! Either way, it will be a great experience, I'm sure.

Hello O-buddies!

It's so good to see you here again, Jessa! I'm really glad you are committed to O for 6 months! I hope you just see wonderful changes in that time!!!

Michelle, welcome to D2L! I see Kelly and Jennifer answered your other post now, and I don't really have any tricks to add. I just count in my head. I often just do my O to my favorite country tunes, and I usually get 5 positions done per song.

Sheila, I'm sorry that you didn't feel well for your bbq! I'm glad it didn't take a long time until you felt better though.

The new skirt wasn't a smaller size, but it was a very narrow cut, and I wasn't sure I could wear it without looking "poured in". Yes, it is very satisfying to have compliments!

I did my O last night. Tonite our married kids are here, and we just had an early birthday supper for ds, who's 27th b-day is the 8th. I ate cake! So....I MUST O tonite!!!

Thanks for being here, dear pals!
