Where is everyone??? I was just fixing to do my O!, but thought I'd check in here for some encouragement first. My post from early yesterday afternoon is the last post! Surely everyone is not THAT busy!

My eating was GREAT again yesterday!! Water, too. DH and DD are both coming back home today, though, so it may be a different story by tomorrow. I'll try to keep things reasonable.

Okay....I want to do my O! now while I have the opportunity.

I've done my O! today - 2 sessions because I have lots to get done yet. Don't think I posted yesterday but I got both in yesterday as well. My water has been very good and eating has been "not bad at all"

I'm here--have been lurking this week and not posting much.

Have not been as regular with the breathing this week. Did do it yesterday and Monday. Hope to get it done yet today but it is already 1 pm and I have to get to the store, bake a decorated cake for scouts tonight, have dinner with friends, go to the pack meeting and make a gift and food for a disco themed costume party that we are going to tomorrow night.

Have a great weekend! I plan to drink lots of water even if my breathing slacks off.

Thanks for the kick Kelly but I think you missed my butt! LOL! Oh man ladies I am tryin, really I am but I just can't seem to muster it up to get with it. Maybe this weekend. I am so busy workwise picking up about 30 extra tapes a week here. I have no decorations done and shopping well who knows. I need to get that organized too.

Tammy, I think I have worn another hole through your CD in my car though! (LOL) I have just played it and played it sung along with you (which is not good, believe me). I just love it.
