I just started Oxycise and over the weekend I ordered the book, "Fuel for Success." What is the general opinion on the effectiveness of this dietary program? I love Oxycise and hope the book brings equal auccess.

Hi Jan!

I think the Fuel For Success plan is very good. I have done the 3-day cleanse listed in the book on several occassions.

However, I cannot follow the plan completely. I am a vegetarian, but NOT a vegan. I can't give up eggs or dairy products. (cheese is one of my favorite foods!) Still...I think the book is full of useful information. In fact, it was after reading the book the first time that I decided to become a vegetarian. (more than four years ago) I still refer back to it at times for inspiration.

The best rule of thumb for me in eating is to keep things in moderation.

Good luck with your Oxycise! Feel free to join us in the D2L thread each day for added support and encouragement.

I just got this book, too. It talks about food combining which I am familiar with. I like the G.P.A. idea where you grade yourself. I am mostly an A or B "student" but I do get an F sometimes because I do use butter and coconut oil when I cook.
