Good Morning O!Friends, it's the beginning of another glorious week!!

I woke up late this morning, but did get in my O! workout. It got my blood pumping and definitely woke me up! I enjoyed a wonderful smoothie of all fresh ingredients - sm. apple, orange, fresh pineapple, blueberries, strawberries. Yum! Razz I hope to get my 30-minute walk in during lunch today.

I have choices to make every day regarding my food and exercise. I have seen and felt the benefits of making fresh fruits/vegetables at least 75% of my food intake. For snacks I am no longer eating bread products (since I found out I'm gluten intollerant) but am choosing veggies or fruit. I am also receiving benefits from combining my food properly - this is a little more challenging, though. So far I am the only one in my household eating this way - that's also challenging. I'm not counting calories - which is really nice. I don't feel guilty anymore eating avocados, which I really like in my salads. I can also enjoy more nuts/seeds without worry (but, within moderation).

My oxycise workout and my body brushing are natural ways to stay healthy. I just discovered body brushing recently and am a firm believer in it now. I wake up in the morning and brush my body first thing with a dry loufah on my dry body while standing in my bathtub (so the dry skin can land there) and I always brush toward my heart. If any of you are interested in it, go to: http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art46858.asp It is worth your reading, especially the part about how it deals with toxins and cellulite. It's easy and inexpensive! Smile

Have a blessed day and keep on breathing with GUSTO!!

Melinda

Melinda...you look so lonely in here all by yourself!!!

I've been faithful about doing my O!. Eating was fair over the weekend, but not exactly good. Water was good.

It was great seeing so many post over the week-end. When I logged on just now there where 21 visiters. Hope some of them take the plunge & join us.

Good evening!

Good to see you here, KELLY. I was missing you!

I did my weight exercises and oxybreaths in the morning. In the afternoon, we went to the lake and walked the 3.2 mile loop. It was so cold and windy that I had to take meds for a headache from breathing in too much cold air. I did the rest of my exercise routine and O! when I got home and then decided to rest by taking a nap afterwards. Smile Hope everyone has a good night!!

HI all:
Didn't do a complete "O" video today. Just some "breaths". Had to go shopping and then went for a long walk.
Trying to keep up with the water intake.
Melinda, how does being gluten intollerant make you feel? I have wondered about that.
KOBAS, where in NE. are you? I live in Lincoln.
It was warmer today here, but the wind was cold and it made my ears hurt. I am looking forward to warm weather very much. Been a long winter.
Goodnight everyone.
Ruth
