Susanna, I hope you're doing well. The flu can really get you down. I had a flu shot this year. So far I've been lucky not to get it the flu. I replied to your email, I hope you got it.

Bev, don't worry about the weight loss. It will come off sooner or later. I only lost one pound this week.

I'll get around to a walk sometime today. I'm finished with my O! for the week.

Hello All! No for me yesterday or today. I fell while running after my Grandson, at the park Thurs. (trying to act 20 yrs younger then I am). I have really been sore. The stretches probably would have helped, BUT...just haven't taken the time to do them. Hope to get back at the "O" on Monday. Although one of the girls in the Deli is going in for surgery next week, so I will be getting more hours while she is off.

Susanna...Sorry to hear you have been sick. Hope you get well quick. The flowers I transplanted Wed. weren't my hens & chicks, and yes there are pics of them on the web-site. They didn't turn out just real good though.

Good evening everyone!

It was a very busy day but I was able to get my O! in as well as a 30 min. walk. The weather has been really nice - not much wind. A thunderstorm is supposed to come through later tonight.

I went to a baby shower today and had a small piece of cake & one cup of punch. I did well on my water and food yesterday and most of today, too.
