I did a double L1 this am with weights. My muscles feel all shaky & rubbery after,KWIM? Didn't do too well on eating last night;Dan got out the taco chips Have a great day! Shelby |

Good morning Shelby and all to follow! I did get in L1 yesterday..and hope to do that or a commuter today.
Shelby..what's KWIM? I think muscles feeling shaky is normal....have you just added the weights or added more weight? Have a great day all! Laura |

Morning to everyone, Hope you are all doing well. I seem to have so much more energy it's hard to sleep sometime. Muscles seem to notice the reps now must be really getting into it.

Hello everyone, I've enjoyed reading your posts. Also, when my husband reads over my shoulder he sometimes comments how nice everyone is on here, 'cause most message boards he visits people are usually rude all the time.
I have been exercising lately, fairly consistently since before Christmas, but not Oxycising. I was watching what I eat, too (except holiday splurges Rose P.S. I did my O! last night, too. |

Good morning everyone! I did my Oxycise this morning and it really seemed to go quickly. Since I do my own routines w/o the tapes most days, I can sometimes drag them out. I guess I was just focused today.
Rose, it's always nice to see your posts. I take quick showers usually, but do enjoy getting in Oxybreaths there when I remember. It feels great for dry sinuses! Joline and Terrie Kay....let me offer my suggestion for the water intake. I like to put some fresh (or bottled) lemon in my water. I've always preferred tart to sweet, so it's just the right thing to make my water tasty! We have our own water well and, although we have good water, we distill our drinking water. Our distiller makes 11 gallons at a time and we fill 5 gallon jugs and use a water cooler. I like my water cold when I drink it! When drinking bottled water, I also like dasani best. I then keep a few bottles on hand that I refill and keep in my fridge to carry with me when I go places. Most days I get in at least 96 ounces of water or more. Okay....it's craft day at the church and I need to get moving. I'll check back in later today. DYW! (drink your water) Have a good one y'all! Kelly |

Hey, I made the 11:00 p.m. news last night. I got a call from a local TV station yesterday who wanted to interview me, as the jobs expert in the area. They wanted my comments on the State of the Union Address. Yes, before it had even aired! My psychic abilities had to be right on target. I was pretty nervous but, they made me look good. I did it to promote Michigan Job Shop. Hey, I was the top story. You have to like that. TV doesn't add 10 lbs....it adds about 50!!! I think I figured out my problems with my chest pain. Yesterday, I was doing the commuter routine and I had a jab of pain in my back. It made my chest worse so, I went to the chiropractor and he put me back into shape. I mentioned that you know you are getting old when you can put your back out by breathing! I couldn't do the commuter today or any Oxycise for that matter. The pain kept coming back. Inspired by Shelby's wobbly muscles, I did my double L1 with weights and extra gusto. I do feel much better now. And I got 2 stickers!

Did O this morning.I missed doing it yesterday way too much to do I got in a few breaths but not even close to what I should be doing. I'm trying to do the a chart with stickers to keep me on track but my stickers are'nt bright enough. I'll have to go get more noticeable ones.I think it will help. Wow! Lots of new people! Welcome Terrie Kay-Joline-and Canadian Claire! And LOTS of inches and pounds lost this week too! Congrats Merritt--Lisa--and MissyO!!!! (hope I didn't miss anyone!) It's difficult to catch up--when you've been away for a few days! Looks like everyone is doing really well! Merritt--hope that chiropractor can take care of the pain in your chest. Donna--Your water glass avatar is funny! Although he looks half empty---(better get a refill)--lol! Terrie Kay--My water tastes are exactly opposite of yours. LOL! Aquafina is my favorite (maybe I need the minerals!), but I always buy COSTCO water--because the price and taste are sooooo good! Rose--good to see you! Kelly--that's so great your daughter is doing O! too--(baby steps to good health--still get you there!) Hope everyone else is having a lovely Wednesday! It's beautiful here today--after getting 6 inches of snow yesterday. Merritt--I'd take your 20 inches of snow ANY DAY!! We need snow desparately to ward off the yucky forrest fires! Don't be blue we all have those days,Just keep smiling and doing the big O when possible. tomorrow is another day. Which videos are you waiting for? By the end of the month i will be ready for L 2 but i want the next one in line with different exercises anyone can help me out there? i will continue L1 but would llike to add different ones

Hi Merritt, hope your back is better today. I to sometimes get a pain like it's behind my shoulder blade, Don't know if i am doing something wrong or not. It doesn't last long tho.sometimes i can take a few good deep breaths and it wil pass. Have a great day

I there! I read about the weights with gusto and I'm going to try that today. Going to use my free weights because that's all I have. Maybe when I get creative I can somehow tie them onto my ankles! Just got home from BSF so I'm going to eat lunch first. I'm so hungry today for some reason. I had 2 scrambled eggs today with 3 cups coffee. Maybe I'm thirsty too. Sometimes I mistake being hungry for being thirsty. I heard people do that.

Great job everyone! I'm soooo close to convincing my DH to use O! before his workouts. I think he wants to see progress first...well then, I'll have to give it to him!
I got in 10 minutes on the eliptical trainer. I had to stop because I was getting so thirsty. I think it's catching!! I'll get my O! in a little later on. Rose: Glad to see you posting. Just wanted to say that my nose was bothered as well with O!. It's subsided greatly and now I can tolerate it. I haven't tried it in the shower. I should! I'm so proud of myself. I did the whole L1 routing this morning while baby was napping. I just told myself to get my but in there and do it because I can't imagine the weight off. And I feel great now!! I might even do it again tonight!! anyone out there do it a couple of times a day and find they get more results? I'm thinking about ordering the buns and thighs tape because like most women these are my trouble spots. So are we supposed to measure and weight ourselves every week and post it here somewhere? someone let me know so I can get on the groove. Gotta go for now. Have lots to do. Talk to ya'all later!!!

I did my O at midnight for yesterday, after visiting for 2 hours with our oldest ds! He is doing O while he's working the night calving shift on a ranch. He checks the cows every 2 hours all night long, and after each check he does 15 reps of O! He says he's getting real hard! He thought he would do 8 sets of 15 reps last night. The vigor of youth!!! I'm so happy when I finish one set of 30!
Rose, I'm glad you came back, and hope you have really great results! Tamie, good to see you here today. Some people just start losing quicker than others, but hang in there. Yay Jennifer! Good job on letting Shelby inspire you! Julie, I'm glad you feel good enough to even think about a double workout! Where did our other pregnant ladies go? Well, I just finished level 3 with my 5lb. dumbbell. Wasn't to bad I have to say! Only thing is, now I have a big headache. My breathing must be off.
Does anyone else have the same problem I have which is not being able to feel it in the abs. This is where I hold most all my weight. (in the trunk area) I don't seem to ever feel it there. I guess you can say I have an apple figure. Face down to my shoulders and arms thin, then a big square in the middle then no hips and thin down my legs. It's so frustrating because I try and try with my midsection and nothing happens. During the evening around 5 (I own all the tapes and have tried all of them) Thanks a bunch! Until next time...
