Just dropped by to say did L1 and trying to remember to eat healthy. Have been drinking my water. It seems like once I got used to drinking water, that now I am thirstier than I used to be. Has that happened to anyone else?

Did level 3 this morning. Not with much gusto though. I just didn't have much energy. When I tried to do it with gusto it just pooped me out. Oh well, maybe just "one of those days". At least I did it right?

Alene so glad to see you posting. Now you have to keep it up and let us all know how your doing ok? After all the years you've been O'ing what is your success story?

Shelby I know very little about computers and when I try to visit your blog I just don't seem to know how it works. Any suggestions?

I'm having trouble finding your blog, too. When I click on the link, it shows the links that have just posted. When I try to click on blogs at the top, nothing happens because I'm not a member. Do you have an idea as to what page you are on? It says you can scroll all 34000+ pages! Have a great day. Looking forward to your answer.

No "O" for me today. I had to get out & going early this morning. Thought I would do it when I got home. BUT...I did something to my shoulder & with getting groceries I really bummed it up. It hurts at the littlest move. SO...
