Hi Kelly and all to follow!

Did one level four this morning before I went to the dentist. Ate Broccoli cheddar soup at Panera bread again. YUMMMMMY.

Still have to do one more workout this weekend to make up for Thursday.

Have a wonderful weekend all.

Lin

Hi everyone,

Just dropping by to say hopefully today I can do some O. I have been so stuffed up, and coughing, that just normal breathing is a task. I'm much better so I know I definitely want to get in some O breaths.

Lin, I tried the Viviano it's terrific. My daughter could have had two. We had the banana orange and mango.

Have a wonderful weekend. It has really cooled off here today, I'm enjoying the weather.

Kelly we just got a new puppy today, and she looks a lot like your dog! Only dark brown almost black. She is so sweet, she has really captured our hearts already. She was named Elsie and is probably about six months old. She was found over the fourth of July weekend as a stray. The lady who found her has tried for months to find her owners and decided to give her up, because she already had two dogs of her own. So we were blessed with her. She's already potty trained and is almost out of the chewing stage.

Better go and get some more hot tea.

Sharon

Oh we so want a puppy too but daddy says no. I know he couldn't refuse if we found one. Dan loves animals. Our house is pretty small and built straight up so not practical for a dog. No O! for me today.

Hi everyone!

L1 for me today.

Sorry I haven't posted much lately (I have been O'ing). I joined 2 bible study groups, one on Tuesday and one on Saturday, and Jerry and I volunteered at a food pantry on Wednesday. My Saturday bible study is First Place 4 Health, which should also help with weight loss. So I'm staying pretty busy but loving it.

Our fence was completed yesterday (8' high). This morning I did a 2 mile Leslie Sansone walk on my Ipod in the fenced area while the sun was rising. It was magnificent to experience God's glory that way! And, I worked up a good sweat in 40 degree weather. I think I actually did the walk with more gusto since it was cooler.

Blessings to everyone.

Shari

Hope everyone is doing well.

Awww....I bet Elsie is precious! Wish you could use her as your picture here, Sharon, so we could ALL see her!

Did my O! spread out over the morning. I prefer doing it all at once, but sometimes that's just how it works out.

Hmmm...y'all have me curious about those Starbucks things. Alas, we have no Starbucks within about a 90 mile radius. When I get the rare opportunity, I always pick something I know I like. No Panera Bread anywhere near me, either. I do like to eat there sometimes when I visit my DD at college.

Shari, sounds like you are BUSY, but a GOOD busy!

Looking forward to the new things you'll be adding at Parisii, Shelby!

Good to see all the posts today. Hope to see lots more before the weekend is over.

Starbucks seems so expensive to me here in France. Is it expensive in the States?

Hi Gals:

L1 for me this morning; I have a new favorite drink at Starbucks: a Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate! It sounds odd I know, but it tastes just like a chocolate covered pretzel~~I still love my Vivannos, though!

By the way; my consultation with Aubrey (Jill's daughter who appears in the Abs and Upper Body Workout) is Tuesday at Noon; I'll be sure and let you all know how it goes!

Love,
Helene

Yes Shelby I must say Starbucks is expensive but since it is my lunch I look at it like this if I went to fast food it would cost me as much only ruin my health so thus I substantiate sometimes why I splurge and get them instead of having my usual Isagenix shake. All those coffee places are ridiculous. I had a cafe latte which i normally don't have either at Panera Bread and it was 3 bucks for coffee with some whipped crap on it. Well hells bells i can make coffee and spritz whipped cream on it for under a dollar probably. LOL!!! But, have to splurge on yourself every now and then I guess.

L2 for me today. Another 2 mile walk this morning as the sun came up! It was glorious.

My dad is having surgery 11/17 (I can't remember if I posted this or not) so I would appreciate any prayers. He's 82.

Blessings to everyone today.

Shari

Shari, first of all blessings to your Dad and I will keep him in my prayers ((((Shari's Dad)))).

I did 2 O! back to back tonight and feel wonderful for it! I did L3 and Buns and Thighs 1. We moved our big tv into our musicroom where we do our exercises, now I can see Jill's tummy moving! lol Our old tv in there was so small I had to be on top of it to see anything.

I am really focusing on my core this fall so I am doing more O! than walking...and it makes me feel better to do more O! anyhow!

Ok I am off to register my exercise time and do my teeth before Desparate Housewives starts..see you all tomorrow!

In light and love,

Nancy
