Just wanted to check in here real quick before diving into my busy day with my 4 little daughters. I'll plan on checking back in here after I do my oxycise for the day.

I want to thank each of you for the extremely warm welcome I've received. You ladies are great already. I can tell that this is going to be a very encouraging place to hang out.

Good morning Laura, Leah and all to follow! Just finished doing my O! for the day. DD and I did a one-mile walk video this morning, too.

Good Job to all of you who have Oxycized today! I did some "O" and walked a mile pushing the double stroller and doing the various exercises posted on the signs along the fit trail where I was walking. Now for the confession...We went to the grocery afterwards and I bought doughnuts to reward one of my girls for her behavior and welll....... I ate more of them than I should have...they were so yummy! So much for eating in moderation.
